ABOUT LYLE

A collaborative and comprehensive therapeutic approach.

Navigating relationships, family dynamics, and major life transitions can feel overwhelming—especially when substance use and codependency play a role. Lyle specializes in helping individuals break free from unhealthy patterns, build self-awareness, and create fulfilling, authentic connections.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Lyle works with individuals struggling with codependency, substance use within the family system, and the challenges of launching into adulthood. With both personal experience in recovery and a strong clinical foundation, she brings a rare blend of expertise, empathy, and real-world understanding to her work.

Lyle earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and has worked with respected organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club Malibu - Wellness Center, Visions Adolescent Treatment Center, Ventura Recovery Center, and Awakenings Treatment. She is also the founder of Bridge The Gap Services, a therapeutic mentoring program designed to help young adults build independence, confidence, and emotional resilience.

Using a customized, integrative approach, Lyle tailors therapy to meet each individual’s unique needs. She helps clients recognize and shift patterns of codependency, establish healthy boundaries, and navigate the emotional impact of substance use within their family. For young adults stepping into independence, she provides guidance in developing self-sufficiency, confidence, and a clear path forward.

Lyle believes that change is always possible, no matter how stuck someone feels. With the right support, individuals can heal from past wounds, reclaim their sense of self, and build the fulfilling lives and relationships they deserve.
